Thanks Josh, but I do have to clarify that there are 32 US states and 2 territories with HIV specific criminal laws, but many states have used criminal laws to prosecute HIV without using anything HIV specific, such as attempted murder and bioterrorism. Pennsylvania is one of the worst with HIV and terrorism, regularly charging HIV positives with terroristic threats

You go, Todd. Uncovering the facts of this situation is important for everyone, if for no other reason than to demonstrate that HIV stigma is so high that people who test positive these days do a sadly human thing: find someone else to blame. Hopefully, Uncle Poodle will be given the chance to recant (or re-frame) his story and help shed light on the injustice of HIV criminalization.
